Ahmed Khdeir, as Operations Manager, leads our enforcement team in the UAE, overseeing and managing all investigators in the country. In addition to his operational role, Ahmed excels as a lobbyist with UAE authorities.
His enforcement efforts have resulted in some of AAA's largest seizure values, including the notable US $8.1 million seizure, in one action, enforced, seized, and destroyed, in 2021. Ahmed manages a team of 12 investigators, of diverse nationalities within the UAE.
Khaled Mansour, serving as Senior Counsel, heads our retail team and is responsible for managing all enforcement activities at the retail level.
Additionally, Khaled handles follow-ups on destructions and oversees both contentious and non-contentious case matters. He has achieved significant milestones, including securing deterrent sentencing for individuals involved in IP crimes. Khaled also leads enforcement operations in Bahrain and Qatar Khaled overlooks AAA legal; and manages a team of 8 retail market researchers within the UAE; and a total of 15 between Bahrain and Qatar.
Ali Alaarm, a Saudi National and AAA's Operations Manager, is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of legal and investigative experience.
Trained as a Saudi lawyer, Ali oversees investigations and enforcement across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain. His proactive approach and strong rapport with authorities have been instrumental in ensuring successful operations. Notably, Ali has secured deterrent sentencing for IP crimes and is currently spearheading AAA's lobbying efforts with SAIP.
Passionate about his work, Ali provides invaluable legal support to AAA and manages a team of 18 investigators across Saudi Arabia.
Mohamed Sayed, a trained solicitor in the Arab Republic of Egypt, serves as an invaluable asset to AAA.
With his expertise, he manages the senior-most investigator in Egypt, overseeing a team of over 18 investigators.
Mohamed has played a pivotal role in some of AAA's most successful and consistent enforcement actions, contributing significantly to the establishment of AAA in Egypt during a time when IP enforcement was uncommon.
His relentless support has enabled AAA in Egypt to seize over US$4 million worth of goods, showcasing his dedication and effectiveness in the field.
As of 2024, we now offer comprehensive services in Bahrain, Qatar, and Jordan. With our extensive expertise and established networks, we are fully equipped to conduct enforcements and customs seizures, supported by the necessary Power of Attorneys (POAs).
